The Mobile unit uses location technology to enable care specialists to determine if the user is at home. If the user needs to be located, the specialist can use patent-pending technology to transfer users to 911 operators for U-TDOA location and dispatch, and then the specialist can reconnect with users to stay on the line until help arrives. The Mobile unit uses various location technologies such as: U-TDOA, WiFi and/or GPS.
Specialists can view important user-provided information, such as allergies, medications and preferred hospital. Specialist can send EMS, Fire, Police or loved ones to the user, depending on need.
The Mobile unit can dial 911 directly if Verizon or roaming partner service is not available.
