Charging your watch is easy and must be done nightly. Just place it on the charging cradle and it will beep and tell you it is charging. The screen tells you the battery percentage. In about 2 hours, your watch will be charged!
When the battery level is low, you will hear a low battery message and the battery level indicator will turn red. When this happens, you should charge your watch as soon as possible.
Our smartwatch is water resistant, not waterproof. We provide a shower hook for you to hang your watch on while you shower or bathe. Keep it close by, preferably IN your shower or bath, but away from the water.
The watch has a ‘Cancel’ feature in case of accidental activation. Simply press the red X on the display and it is cancelled!
Our smartwatch uses the AT&T network.
